Our signature sauce is called Rich & Spicy. This sauce is true to its name, has a great flavorful taste that has just enough kick to get your taste buds excited.

This sauce took second place in the Specialty Sauce category at the Amarican Royal competition in Kansas City in 2008!

Blackberry Chipotle

Our second offering is called Blackberry Chipotle. For those who need just a little bit more kick from their sauce - this is the one for you. It's spicier than our signature sauce but not so spicy that you need to dunk your head in the sink after a bite. It has a great balance between its flavor and it's kick.

This sauce took first place in the Big Island BBQ competition this year!
